Stonegate Bright Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Madison with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Madison. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in promotions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
