UX Designer - accessibility review (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Field Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Little Rock, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
