UX Designer - accessibility review (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Rowan Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Little Rock. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Design for tasks around fare systems that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in fare systems. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
