UX Designer - accessibility review (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Nova Corner Medical and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Design for tasks around production lots that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
