UX Designer - accessibility review (Little Rock, AR)

Fernwood Sable Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Little Rock with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
