UX Designer - accessibility review (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone Amber Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Little Rock producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in batch records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
