UX Designer - accessibility review (Little Rock, AR)

Harborlight Yarrow Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Little Rock with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 379 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
