UX Designer - accessibility review (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Silverline Beacon Press and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around paper stock that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in paper stock. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
