UX Designer - accessibility review (Las Vegas, NV)

Fernwood Summit Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Las Vegas, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 559 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
