UX Designer - accessibility review (Las Vegas, NV)

Rivermark Quill Health is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in electronic records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
