UX Designer - accessibility review (Las Vegas, NV)

Greenridge Thistle Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Las Vegas. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in cleanroom operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
