UX Designer - accessibility review (Las Vegas, NV)

Clearpath Fern Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Las Vegas design routes and schedules. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around fare systems that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
