UX Designer - accessibility review (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Bright Oak Banking Services and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in deposit accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
