UX Designer - accessibility review (Las Vegas, NV)

Greenridge Yarrow Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Las Vegas. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in referrals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
