UX Designer - accessibility review (Las Vegas, NV)

Greenridge Orchard Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Las Vegas. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Design for tasks around route schedules that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in route schedules. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
