UX Designer - accessibility review (Knoxville, TN)

Bright Cedar Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in fraud alerts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
