UX Designer - accessibility review (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Stone Health Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around patient scheduling that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
