UX Designer - accessibility review (Knoxville, TN)

Ironwood Wren Banking Services is a regional lender in Knoxville with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
