UX Designer - accessibility review (Knoxville, TN)

Harborlight Meridian Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Knoxville, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 658 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
