UX Designer - accessibility review (Kansas City, MO)

Ironwood North Pharma Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
