UX Designer - accessibility review (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Summit Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Jacksonville. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around production lots that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in production lots. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
