UX Designer - accessibility review (Jacksonville, FL)

Amberfield Wilder Financial serves customers across Jacksonville with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around vendor spend that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in vendor spend. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
