UX Designer - accessibility review (Jacksonville, FL)

Amberfield Iron Pharma develops and makes medicines in Jacksonville. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
