UX Designer - accessibility review (Jackson, MS)

Cedar Timber Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Jackson. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
