UX Designer - accessibility review (Indianapolis, IN)

Foxglove Harbor Health is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 997 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in insurance authorisations. • Experience running usability tests.
