UX Designer - accessibility review (Honolulu, HI)

Highbridge Vista Markets serves neighbourhoods around Honolulu with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in store inventory. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
