UX Designer - accessibility review (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Amber Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Honolulu producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
