UX Designer - accessibility review (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Willow Early Learning Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
