UX Designer - accessibility review (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Pine Markets serves neighbourhoods around Fort Worth with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Design for tasks around pricing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in pricing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
