UX Designer - accessibility review (El Paso, TX)

Stonegate Sable Community Partners runs community programmes across El Paso. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around donor records that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in donor records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
