UX Designer - accessibility review (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Juniper Health Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
