UX Designer - accessibility review (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Bridge Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Denver design routes and schedules, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around route schedules that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
