UX Designer - accessibility review (Denver, CO)

Silverline Field Press is a printer and publisher in Denver serving local and national clients. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Denver. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
