UX Designer - accessibility review (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Pine Financial is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory reports that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in regulatory reports. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
