UX Designer - accessibility review (Denver, CO)

Redstone Cedar Health runs clinics and patient services around Denver. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
