UX Designer - accessibility review (Columbus, OH)

Highbridge Cedar Health Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in electronic records.
