UX Designer - accessibility review (Columbus, OH)

Nova Quarry Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around account openings that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in account openings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
