UX Designer - accessibility review (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Lantern Pharma and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
