UX Designer - accessibility review (Columbus, OH)

Cedar Oak Health is a healthcare provider in Columbus with clinics and support teams, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in referrals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
