UX Designer - accessibility review (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark Forge Transit Planning · Colorado Springs, CO · full time

Rivermark Forge Transit Planning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around survey data that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in survey data. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
