UX Designer - accessibility review (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Glen Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around Colorado Springs, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in patient scheduling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
