UX Designer - accessibility review (Colorado Springs, CO)

Foxglove Granite Medical is a Colorado Springs company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Design for tasks around production lots that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in production lots. • Experience running usability tests.
