UX Designer - accessibility review (Colorado Springs, CO)

Nova Pike Medical Group is a Colorado Springs company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
