UX Designer - accessibility review (Cleveland, OH)

Bright Haven Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Cleveland, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in release testing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
