UX Designer - accessibility review (Cincinnati, OH)

Stonegate Field Financial is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Design for tasks around vendor spend that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
