UX Designer - accessibility review (Cincinnati, OH)

Summit Pine Financial is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around payment disputes that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
