UX Designer - accessibility review (Cincinnati, OH)

Stonegate Meadow Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Cincinnati. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
