UX Designer - accessibility review (Cincinnati, OH)

Lumen Ridge Medical Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in complaint handling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
