UX Designer - accessibility review (Cincinnati, OH)

Nova Meridian Health is a healthcare provider in Cincinnati with clinics and support teams, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
