UX Designer - accessibility review (Charleston, SC)

Foxglove Willow Medical is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around device records that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in device records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
